Small PCS Order Is Acceptable
For this customized Villa furniture, Single pcs and small PCS Order is acceptable, Since some personal client who may want to try first or just want to add small pcs for home.
Quality Guarantee
And we are well knew that for these clients are not worth to spend more money come to our facotry to check products, so, to make sure client rest assured the furniture quality, we will do below for client before packing:
1. during product's produce , we will arrange picture to show client, what is the step now for his products and about when can finish.
2.we will take video/clear photo from different angle(Front,side,back,inner, details, 45 Degree angle for side and back) to show client what exactly the quality is, only client confirmed, then we packing and arrange delivery.
3.we will get together whole set to take picture or video for client to see the whole set effect, for example: if order dining table set ,we will put chair with table as a set to take photo and video to show client .
4.if any damage Caused not by man-made when client receive goods,and just show us the clear photo, we will send spare parts or remake one pcs for client. and during client use, if in case damage the furniture ,and if ok for just change parts to get it done, we will do that for client as well.
